A conversation with Jessica Gallegos, a product manager at Google. Jessica works on Google Research’s Generative AI or Perception team, a future-oriented team that develops technologies to help machines perceive images, sounds, and other sensory data to understand the world. Jessica joined Google in 2015 and has worked on a variety of topics related to responsible technology, including solutions to mitigate issues like online misinformation, user safety and mental health concerns, and bias in AI. Prior to pursuing her MBA at Yale, Jessica worked at the World Bank and a variety of other places that allowed her to make a positive social impact.
