16: Be Confident Like Brad
Episode description
You all know a Brad. He is loud, extremely confident, believes he knows ALL the things, and can close any deal. He doesn’t have to actually know anything. He thinks he does and therefore he shows up like a boss. What he lacks in knowledge he makes up for in confidence. It doesn’t matter what you think of him – he thinks he is the most amazing human on earth. Meanwhile, Katie has a doctorate and is scared to show up because she doesn’t know EVERYTHING.
