In Austin since 1998, Mark has worked in Austin’s startup community, where he’s helped to build technology teams at several venture-backed startups, including Trilogy Software and SolarWinds. Most recently, Mark has been a long-time part of AlienVault (a cybersecurity company), which was acquired by AT&T in 2018. At AT&T, Mark was an Associate Vice President in their Cybersecurity business. Outside of work, Mark has been a long-time supporter and volunteer at many Austin organizations, including Generation Serve, Habitat for Humanity, Austin Parks Foundation. He is currently serving on the Board at Seedling, and Austin-based mentoring program for children of incarcerated parents.
