White Lady (Cocktail)
2 parts gin
1/2 part orange liqueur
1/2 part lemon juice
1 egg white
Put the gin, orange liqueur, lemon juice and egg white into a shaker and dry shake (without ice).
Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
Strain into a glass that’s been chilled but doesn’t have ice in it.
