Born in Ireland in 1881, he wreaked humorous havoc on several countries in Europe for several decades, and today, we dive into his life and pranks.

2 parts Irish whiskey
¾ part lemon juice
¾ part simple syrup
Egg white
3 dashes bitters
Lemon twist for garnish (optional)
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake until ingredients are combined and chilled.
Strain into a glass with fresh ice.
Garnish with a lemon twist if desired.
