Red Snapper (Cocktail)

• black pepper

• celery salt

• 1 lime wedge

• 2 parts gin

• 4 parts tomato juice

• ½ part lemon juice

• 6 dashes Tabasco sauce

• 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce

• celery stalk and lime wedge for garnish

1. Rim a glass with celery salt

2. Add gin, tomato juice, lemon juice, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce into a shaker with ice, 

3. Shake until combined and well-chilled.

4. Strain into the glass, and garnish with a celery stalk and lime wedge.
