Levon Kendall, a legend in Canadian basketball, pulls up on Canada Hoops! Levon touches on what life is like for him and his family at the moment and then shares his basketball story with Matty. Levon talks about growing up in Kitsilano, being exposed to a lot of interests by his family and being regarded as one of the best hoopers to come out of British Columbia. Levon talks about being a Kitsilano Blue Demon, putting the rest of Canada on notice at the Nike All Canada Camp and moving on to be a Pittsburgh Panther. After leaving Pitt Levon talks about playing in Europe and embracing the cultures and experiences overseas. As Levon and Matty discuss Canada Basketball the big man from Kits lets Canada Hoops in on his 40 point game vs USA Basketball at the U-21 World Championships. Levon tells Matty what it means to be mentioned by his teammates and coaches as one of their all time favourite players for Canada Basketball.
