Mike & Nick sit down with author, screenwriter and host of the ‘Quitters’ podcast, Chad Sanders. Chad has written op-ed pieces for The NY Times, has written on the hit series 'Grown-ish', is currently developing a series for Peacock with Morgan Freeman and Chris Spencer, and is the co-host of the new podcast ‘Quitters’ with actress Julie Bowen. He is also the author of the fantastic book, 'Black Magic: What Black Leaders Learned From Trauma & Triumph', which chronicles his personal story of working in Silicon Valley, feeling the need to emulate whiteness to be successful, how this affected him personally, leaving the tech industry to take a chance on his writing & acting, and what other black leaders he interviewed for the book, in different fields, learned about themselves navigating similar experiences of predominantly white environments.
