Episode description

Rebounding is the worst idea you've ever had... ever.

It's also a fake AF relationship and bound to fail / head for absolute disaster:

  1. It reflects badly on you to everyone else.
  2. It disrespects what you had with your ex.
  3. It makes you appear like you have zero concern for other’s feelings, which are huge red flags.
  4. It leaves no room for reflection, growth, repair and healing.
  5. It pulls an innocent person into your drama.
  6. It is a fake relationship.
  7. It causes ALL members of the triangle pain.
  8. It is destined for failure.
  9. Destroys any possible hope in the future if you wanted to get back with your ex.
  10. It doesn’t get rid of the heartbreak pain, merely delays it.
  11. Comparison.
  12. YOU could be taken advantage of.
  13. You’ve been sucked into someone else’s life.
