Episode description

If you’ve ever struggled with being a control freak, you know how hard it is to change these obsessive patterns and behaviors. On today’s solo jam, I chat about why people often bank their happiness on someone or something in the future and why it’s important to stop playing the “when/then game”. I also share how you can learn to hack your emotions through corresponding breathwork and get yourself in alignment with how you actually want to feel.

Inside this episode:

  • My struggle with control and being obsessive with my behaviors
  • Realizing I was focused on trying to feel loved and validated
  • Banking our happiness on someone or something in the future
  • Playing the “when/then game” with ourselves
  • The ability to feel any sensation without outside help
  • Learning to hack your emotions through a corresponding breath pattern
  • Being in alignment with how you want to feel
  • Allowing yourself to break through the limitations and control
