Chronicle 77: "A Friend's Betrayal"

This episode is rated a 5 (on my Serious Crime Scale). When Erika Friman called it quits with her high school boyfriend before they went off to college, she never thought he’d take it so hard. But his heartbreak soon turned into an obsessive mission to win her back – to the point that he ditched his plans to attend a four-year university and followed her to a community college across the state of Florida. Then, when he learned Erika had started dating one of his friends from high school, he spiraled out of control and took the ultimate revenge – murder. At least, that’s what a jury decided in 2014.
