FINALLY the episode everyone’s been asking about!  My fav OBGYN, Dr. Alicia Wright, is in da buildinggg.  Alicia + I go way back because our mom’s are besties + she knows everything about my pregnancies + deliveries (obviously bc she delivered my children lol) so it was fun to hear all about her 3 pregnancies + her road to becoming the bad ass mom AND doctor that she is.  We talk all about pregnancies, deliveries, breastfeeding/pumping, why not to schedule a baby shower after 36 weeks preggo (LOL), post party depression/anxiety/OCD, antidepressants, BOUNDARIES, how grey’s anatomy is NOT real, cervical checks, pelvic floor therapy (shout out to MOJO), + she answers some questions some of you had for her.  SO MUCH GOOD INFO.
