rachel’s IVF journey / part 1

Today my beautiful best friend is opening up + sharing her journey through infertility.  Don't you hate that word as much as I do?  I am so proud of her + thankful for her vulnerability because I know she isn’t the only one going through this + many of you have asked for this exact podcast episode.  We talk about each step of her journey so far, some advice on what to do + not to do for your mental health, she gives in detail about the many tests she has had, how the partners also go through their own journey as well, + honestly just so much info is shared here.  She even breaks it all down for us + proves what an absolute miracle each baby is.  This is an incredible episode + I know it is a sensitive topic but I couldn’t be more proud of Rachel being the one to open this podcast up to talking about this.  Join me in saying prayers for every woman who is struggling through this + a big prayer towards Rachel + her husband Colton as they begin their IVF journey.
