In today’s episode, part 8 of the Calm AF Life series, I’m sharing the method that I personally use to set, work towards, and achieve my own goals. Whatever you set out to achieve in 2023 – fitness, nutrition, relationships, finance, career – the Calm AF method for realizing your goals is the way to actually ENJOY your life and FEEL GOOD while you’re manifesting. And doesn't that sound so much better than brow-beating yourself?
