So I'll bring up a couple of talking points and then you guys can just take over and you know, just run the joint, uh and and and just talk about

what aspects that you like. I was particularly intrigued with what uh, thank you, britt. I was particularly intrigued with what Melanie had to say, as usual, some very very salient points regarding doctor Marie Russell, and in some cases

in comparison to some of the other prosecution witnesses. And one of the interesting points she made is that in Hank's motion, he's talking about that she doesn't I want to say, is is veterinary or canine sort of orthodontistry or something like that, forgive me a forensic I'm trying to think of the name that he called it. But basically, hello, Melanie Lewis, Welcome, ma'am. It was some sort of an

expertise in essentially the teeth of dogs. And she said, well, gee, if someone when someone gets bit by a dog, do they go to the veterinarian and say, hey, what do you think about? What do you think about the bites on my arm? Actually they don't. I know. Melanie's Melanie's just on a She's on a very very high level, very high level, brilliant, brilliant person. I would say woman, but it really doesn't matter if she's a woman or

a man. She's just a brilliant person. So so anyway, so it's so true that doctor Marie Russell and and you know, like one of the things they talk about that she paid her own way and that she contacted the defense and said I may be able to be of some help and adontology on ontology. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Kim Reerly, because it's not a sort of arm of medical practice that I've heard used, especially in layperson talk. that with doctor Russell it's the same. And when doctor Russell says that she was a Boston police officer for five years, no one's even mentioning that. Hyman Rickover was a genius. Yeah, interesting there. Admiral Hymand Rickover was the admiral who had Jimmy Carter. Former President Carter was in the nuke program, but that was when Admiral Rickover hands selected each person in a very young nuclear program, and a young naval officer named James Earl Carter Junior was one of the ones selected Scott of all.

And you know, when you look at some of the just to come back to this real quick, in a quick digression, when you look at some of the negotiations that President Carter did and post his career after he was already many many years out of the White House and retired and did different negotiations as an emissary on behalf of the United States along with Colin Powell, if you remember in Haiti, he and Colin Powell pretty amazing guys.

So people know, Bev does what she wants, and yeah, Bev is when I you know, Melanie used to talk about this all along and Sarah, you're gonna have to remind me. But Melanie used to repeat a phrase that BEV used to say all the time when there was a decision point, and she would say something like I alone get to decide or something like that. So let me know if I got that, Sherty's cherry, you are so on pointed, is there? Remind me what that was

that she used to say. She used to imitate BEV saying I alone make the decision, or it's my decision. Something analogous therein I can't remember what it was. Came in hot with the dono. So we don't find some donations for that. Well, one thing I'm trying to do, though, I want to save up for, is to get a road caster. It's

kind of like this little box. It's about the size of a lap thirteen inch laptop and from what Mike Mike tells me, from my friend Mike Crawford tells me, with these roadcasters, I can take phone calls, because that's how he's able to take calls. So I'm thinking about maybe saving up funds from the show, or a portion of the funds for the show, towards buying that piece

of equipment so that we can take calls. Because obviously we would want to have you if you can't come on airon a round table, which obviously we're in a round table this weekend and we'll do another listener round table. We at least want you to be able to call in. And I've yet to be able to make it work with a software that I have that's supposed to make it work. He can't akay the cat Lady. Most times, I'm happy to live in Chicago. Maybe I could do

that accent. Most times I'm happy to live in Chicago, but there are times that I wish I could move to Boston and hang out with everyone alas this ability doesn't give enough money to travel. Yeah, I love that is I mean, there are people that I would want to fly there for this, and you would be one of them, you know, you would be one of them that I would want to be able to do that

for them. So I'm glad that we have an electronic medium so that you could come in here and join us, because before that, we didn't we didn't have that, you know, we didn't have, you know, technology like this to be able to get together with people from Afar. That's one of the amazing things about today. Although I don't wish that I went to high school now, I'm happy I went in the nineteen eighties. It's it's beautiful that we can get together through these electronic mediums. That was not

can have a difference of opinion. When you answer them, you automatically you don't think you're doing this, but you're adding importance to what they've said. But if I don't answer them, they wonder if I care what they think, because they're like, man, he must not care what I think because he's not answering me. And they can tweet at me five more times and I don't answer, and they go, well, I guess he doesn't care what I

think and I'm not getting to him. So I've the goal that they had in mind to get to me. That goal was foiled, it failed. Whereas if I answer them, they know they got to me. You might say, well, I had to come back. And I answered them, and I told them many. I said, it doesn't matter what you say. They know when you answer these trolls back, they know you care what they said with me. I don't answer him back, and they go, damn it. DJ won't answer me. He must not think my words are important.

You're right, I don't don't think your words are important. Whether it's Kate or one of these other schmucks or Kevin or whomever. I don't there don't mean anything to me. If they start tweeting at me. They could both start tweeting at me tomorrow, like and make fifteen tweets at me tomorrow, and I wouldn't answer any of them, and they could just keep doing it and doing it and doing it, and I'll let their fingers get arthritis. But I'm not gonna answer them back. So take that for

what it's worth. It works very well for me when we were dealing with trolls.
