3 Programs = Educate and empower, Research and develop, Collaborate and conquer.
5 Innovations = CAFID is the first non-profit to: 1-aggressively pursue the problem of gaslighting in court and the failure of courts to punish perjurers, 2-to take on the question, just how serious is the American family law court crises? 3-to join together and collaborate with multiple groups already dealing with the family court mess, 4-to propose the ATF Approach—AI, Tech, and Forensics, 5-to aggressively advocate that anyone facing loss of their constitutional rights to their children or property should have access to ethical and competent legal counsel.
7 Failures of the Court System = 1-failure to punish perjurers and make the defrauded party act as the prosecutor. 2-failure to protect children and vulnerable spouses from fraud and abuse, 3-failure to acknowledge the significant role that trauma plays in divorce, 4-failure to protect families from family erasure, 5-failure to protect a parent’s constitutional rights to their children or property, 6-failure to provide for accountability of judges, lawyers and experts, 7-failure to protect the institution of marriage by not punishing cheating and fraudulent spouses or their accomplices.
9 Projects = 1-Reaching Out through Social Media, 2-Forming Hundreds of CAFID 100 Groups, 3-Studying the Extent of the FLCS Crisis, 4- Using an ATF Approach to Fixing our FLCS, 5-Working with Judges to Make the Family Justice Initiative Reality, 6-Defining Family Court Betrayal as Institutional Betrayal, 7-Restoring the Public’s Trust in the FLCS, 8-Supplementing No-Fault Law to Protect Marriage, 9 Providing Legal Counsel to Protect a Party’s Constitutional Rights.
