Wow! We went in on a 2nd episode! Justin Loudon the NSCA Coach of the Year High School division staying up here this weekend! Pretty cool driving up to check out the facility in person, the youth meet, and lifting with us at 9am tomorrow! Demarco makes the trip up with Carmen again and we got to chat about the meet a little bit then dive into High School strength and conditioning. The CAFFEINE was absolutely flowing! We have been here since 6am and it’s 5pm still going strong!
