In hopefully the last solo episode I decide to dive into what makes this place CONCORD STRONG! I explain my thoughts on building a program and the intangibles. The goal is this episode helps coaches and/or creates discussion points to get others to reach out! I truly believe I have something to offer, but most importantly that I can and will continue to get better the more I put myself out there. I need to be with other coaches. I need to keep on this path.
