Home Secretary Priti Patel plans to 'process' some asylum seekers to the UK thousands of miles away in Rwanda.
Ministers say the scheme is designed to act as a deterrent, and break the stranglehold of people traffickers who endanger migrants lives with risk channel crossings.
That's disputed by our guests on this episode where Adrian Goldberg hears from immigration lawyer Jan Doerfel and Holly Hudson, an activist with Green New Deal Rising who recently disrupted one of Ms Patel's speeches in protest at the plan.
