This was originally proposed by High Court Judge Sir Brian Leveson at the conclusion of his Inquiry into press ethics in. 2012, but was scrapped by then PM Theresa May in 2018. Adrian hears from Peter Jukes, executive editor of Byline Times, former Times night editor Katherine O'Donnell, and campaigner Alastair Morgan, who fights for justice on behalf of his murdered brother Daniel.
