Episode description

Topic of the Week (7/22/22):
As we’re about to approach three rapid fire rulemakings from the FMC, let's revisit the D&D interpretive rule from 2020 to refresh what is already on the books – and hopefully help guide our comments and insights as an industry to help the FMC move forward. The second rule of the three directed rulemakings is on detention and demurrage - so let's talk about what's the rule/interpretive rule now.
