This week we discuss the newest film out of Toho Studios, Takashi Yamazaki's Godzilla Minus One! The 37th film in the Godzilla franchise, this film takes us back to 1945 and follows a World War II kamikaze pilot attempting to adjust to life after the war. The film stars Ryunosuke Kamiki, Minami Hamabe, Yuki Yamada, Munetaka Aoki, Hidetaka Yoshioka, Sakura Ando, Kuranosuke Sasaki, Mio Tanaka, Sae Nagatani, and Godzilla himself. Visually stunning, with a compelling story and worthwhile social commentary, this film is a treat... But Is Godzilla Minus One Good?
