Consideration: Bargaining, Deeds, & the DTPA

Contracts don’t have to be equal, and the courts usually won’t inquire too closely into the terms of consideration unless there is evidence of fraud. Take a look at Episode 123 of Business Law 101 for an overview of bargaining, deeds, and the DTPA.
