Empowering the next Generation of Biotech Entrepreneurs

Federico is a PhD candidate in Clinical Medicine at the University of Oxford. His research focuses on the genetic engineering of stem cells for the study of neurodegenerative disorders. He is the National Director of the Activator for Nucleate UK. Nucleate is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering future biotech leaders by educating academic trainees. Federico is coordinating Nucleate’s flagship Activator program. The Activator is developed to help support the formation of life science companies. The program is designed to help overcome obstacles faced by graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, and others in the university ecosystem who are starting companies.
