He also wrote a book titled: Bruno Sammartino: The Autobiography of Wrestling’s Living Legend. Brian R. Solomon is a former writer for WWE magazine and has authored or co-authored wrestling books including his latest “Blood and Fire” The Unbelievable Real-Life Story of Wrestling’s Original Sheik. On this episode, we talk to Sal about growing up in Yonkers, his time as a referee, his interactions with pro wrestlers and much more!
