#58 - Data driven pricing, product ops and building strong systems infrastructure

Ben's journey began at NatWest, in treasury & capital management. He then ventured into the fast-paced realm of RBS' investment bank, focusing on the intricate world of interest & FX risk management and became a corporate bank director, where he led the banking relationships with enterprise and SME customers. A change of scenery brought him to Barclays, where he lent his expertise to their SME Remediation programs. In 2013, Ben decided to pivot, launching his own FCA-regulated advisory company to empower SMEs by helping them demystify their banking needs. Fast forward to 2018, and Ben joined Receipt Bank (now known as Dext), where he led multiple Product Squads. His passion lies in nurturing R&D teams, leveraging Product Ops and OKRs, and driving M&A expansion. Ben is now in charge of product, tech, and IT at Pearson Ham Group.
