If you attract a large audience and do convert them to customers but can't retain them, then you don't have a sustainable business. And if you intract, convert, and retain, but you can't ascend them to your higher ticket programs, you don't have a profitable business. Customer journey through these is sequential, but a big mistake we see our clients make before they come to us is they tackle them sequentially.
They spend months or years building an audience, attracting, before even trying to sell them something, so they're losing time and money. Then when they finally start selling, converting, they offer only low ticket or non recurring products like entry level online courses, still losing time and money. Eventually, they realize they need higher ticket and or recurring revenue that accumulates to actually make a profit, and that's where retention and ascension comes in.
So that's why it's so important to have minimum viable products and systems for all three of those as soon as possible, then improve them over time.
