Setting Boundaries with our Brown AF Families

This week we talk boundaries! Boundaries are a form of self-care. We talk about how to set them with strangers, friends, and even our families. Even how we navigate this growing up in a Latinx family. It's so important to communicate our boundaries in relationships. We're also saying NO! to the Tias and Fam that shames us on our weight and everything that is behind that. To quote our fav CardiB "Let me Fat in Peace" Some added content, we're talking about why CardiB's pregnancy makes people uncomfortable, cause we always talk about how revolutionary she is!
