In this podcast, I explore the reasons why so many discussions fail, especially those with strongly opposed opinions. I provide examples and some suggestions as to what will assist in improving these discussions. In addition, I explore the notion that we don't have to necessarily agree to get along. I feel we are so often caught up in our own internal conflicts we sometimes miss the opportunity with the people that are present.
