Defeat me monster in you!

There is an object in our house that helps us see what we look like before we leave the house. It’s the mirror. So where is the mirror for what’s going on inside of you? Introspection is the hardest tool to use. This technique takes honesty, bravery and transparency. When it’s time to grow, one can’t give into comfort. We have to push past the surface and dig down to the monster that keeps us stagnant. By journaling, counseling and true discovery, we are able to over come the monster deep within out being. When we confront this part of ourselves and deal with it accordingly we experience the growth necessary to reach our full potential.
