In fact, one of the first things I did, which in hindsight seems a little crazy, was to offer two hundred women across the country. And not just across the country, but I'm talking about I talked to women in Europe, in Kenya,
in Canada. When I offered two hundred women a free half hour career coaching session with me, I had really no idea what my endgame was there. I just knew that I was eager to talk to y'all. I wanted to sit across from women out there working in this world and hear what kinds of questions y'all have, what you're going through, not just during the pandemic, but in your professional lives, what career goals you have, what challenges you're facing. And these conversations have been some of the
most eye opening moments of twenty twenty one for me. Now. When I set out to offer this free career coaching, like I said, I didn't really have a game plan. I just saw it as a way of paying it forward and saying thank you to all my followers who've supported my work for so long. But nearly one hundred sessions later, what I realized is that one on one sessions are wonderful, But what so many of us are
looking for is so much more than that. We want a community around us that we can connect with and feel supported by. That's why, in twenty twenty two, WHOA, I can't believe I'm saying it out loud.
