This is a deep dive into a recent lung US paper looking at the sensitivity of eFAST exam for pneumothorax in blunt trauma patients.
The conclusion was a really low sensitivity... but as a skeptic and lung scan enthusiast, I have decided to explain how I think we should interpret this paper.
