Second Date Update UPDATE: The Wedding Seducer

Second date update, We have a return caller on the phone who actually did a second date with us a couple of years ago.

That either means we helped her so much she's been in a long, committed relationship this whole time yea, or we traumatized her so badly that she's completely avoided dating until now.

I think I'm a little bit of both.

Yeah. The only thing I remember from the last time is the guy didn't want to go out with you because you wanted to put hot dogs on your salad or something like.

So, my best friend Jess got married about a month ago. I met him at the wedding. Well, he was working the wedding and I was part of the bridal party.

So he was a singer in the wedding band.

I've seen some amazing wedding bands and some not.

Oh my god, I never thought about that. I would they get so much action?

You guys are with Drew Barrymore. It's yeah, literally called the wedding singer.

Tell us about how you and and Chris like connected at the wedding. How did that even happen?

Well, I'm just gonna be honest. It was a stressful day. And like my friend, she's she was a little bit of a bright silla.

It was just like, I'm going to try to get as much fun of this wedding as I could.

I don't think you're the first bridesmaid to say that.

Oh my money is going to the liquor, and.

You had some liquid courage going on. It sounds like.

I did and like at the time, they were playing songs and I was dancing, and I think I was dancing like a little bit too much, but I was trying not to span girl with a look like extra de'sread.

Okay, okay, So you're like giving him eyes or something winking. I was thinking, there is like the middle ground here where you want to show him like you're impressed by his musical skills, but not overly impressed, where you look like you're I just see a drunk girl winking really hard.

He thinkes you lost a contact.

Probably very few times panties get thrown on stage at a wedding. Yeah, take us, take us to the most romantic part of you and Chris.

When they had a break, I went over and I just like introduced myself.

I brought over some chicken skewers. I brought over some food to the band and I was like, hey, do you guys want something to eat?

They were like really happy that I did that. So, like the whole reception, everything was really great. And I danced a little bit so much. I'm gonna admit to that I was a thing.

Can you dance too much of a wedding get The more people dance, the better.

Yeah, there is a forty five minute dance limit on all weddings. If you go over the limit, you have to pay.

When they push shakira and you think you can barely dance, you dance too much.

When did it move to romantic with the singer?

Well, I wanted to stay over and help clean up, and honestly, I just wanted more time to talk to him.

So you helped tear down the wedding.

I was helping because it had to be down by a particular amount of time. Yeah, that would give me more time to talk to him.

Oh that's good, and so it's a win win.

Yeah.

It's like, hey, do you want to go for a drink after this? And he's like, no, I got to go home, but I wouldn't mind having a drink here.

So he wanted to have a drink there with you.

At least it wasn't like a full rejection, like.

He was, yeah, let's hang out here. So there's like a bar attached somewhere, so yeah.

Yeah, it was inside. So we just went back in and we were just chatting for like thirty minutes. We exchanged numbers. I had a great time, but calling him and I haven't heard it back from him.

How long has it been since you guys were at that wedding together?

Honestly, like a couple of weeks.

At one wedding, Chris started playing a love song and halfway through the song he called me on stage and he told everybody that he's met someone special and yeah, it was really sweet. Yeah, and everybody was like tearing up.

They're like, oh my god, you.

Guys, I'm sure crying because they just paid Chris a bunch of money.

That's odd.

Christ was actually also leaving out is that when she came up on stage and everybody was having a moment.

She started singing with me, and oh Little.

Due actually had a pretty sill.

Voy so everybody was sort of blown away.

Actually actually a really good boy.

Oh wow.

Now you guys are business partners and more than that, we are.

No longer together as a couple, but we are still in the in the same band.

Oh you guys broke up.

Still work together.

But now you're in the band together. I guess that's an awesome thing that came from it.

Yeah, like we're on great terms.

Everybody enjoys Amanda, and she's been doing a great job in the band.

So like I think, all in all, it worked out cool.

A lot of time, sometimes because I say maybe.

That she wants to join the band the whole time.
