Second date. Doing so many of these second date updates across the year, it's like a long drawn out race ultra marathon, ultra ultra marathon. He just keeps going and going, and we know we're not gonna win all of them, or half of them, maybe not even one hundredth of them. But you know what, if we get a victory today, then all consider this entire year a success. Yeah, are you with me on that? I'm It makes me think that it's gonna be real hard to get a victory.
I don't know what the I don't know what happens. I don't know what happened either, but I'm excited to talk to our listener, Andrew, who says he met a lady on the interwebs recently. that stood out on her dating profile? Because Brook, we always hear so much about the dates, you know, I want to spend some time getting to know the person. Andrew, could you pull up her dating profile and tell us what's on there? We're gonna look at it literally right now. Yeah? Sure. What's her name again? Her name is Sandra? Okay? Cool? So what does what does Sandra say about herself online? Let's see here, we're just going to Okay, this is good radio. By the way, it feels kind of like
a violation of PRID for some reason. I mean, I know her public she's in like it looks like some sort of like a pumpkin patch type thing. It's like a fall picture, you know. All right, so she's basic. We know that. Let's go what does she say about herself? What's the first line? Uh? It's the first thing is I'd like to date so I can leave the house and put actual clothes off, all right, which means she's naked right now. That's immediately sold on her. What else
is on there? Next? It says that the quickest way to her heart is through red wine. Right, Brooks on board? Now, what can we say to get Alexis on her side? That's true? Okay, I'm still I'm still waiting, okay, Jeff to like any birds on the next and next it says she lifts her main turn off is people who can't hold a conversation. Well, that's a left swipe for me, big weakness. Okay, conversation, it's my kryptonite. Let's get into them together, Like, I mean, what do you guys do
on your date? Well, so it also is on her profile that she loved scenic places and waterfalls. You know, so I actually know of this waterfall like in our area that's not too crowded, like not a lot of people know about it. So I invite her to go there, and she was all about it. Waterfall, that's pretty fine, Alexis. Waterfall good. Good. First that's where he takes one to kill him, like a waterfall on a first date? Was a hike? What's good? Questions? What are you doing underneath
this waterfall? It was It wasn't like a serious hike in in through the wood like it was. It's pretty public place. You didn't answer my question, are you planning on killing her there? Okay? Oh my god. These are the questions that Alexis says. We did ask were you still able to hold a conversation while you guys were walking out to the waterfall. Yeah, it was really nice.
It was like, it was really beautiful day. We took some pictures um together, no, not together, just like okay, you know, the waterfall and the trees and just like the general area it was. It was really nice. That's a good about waterfalls though. You can go and when it's cold and the winter it's pretty or in the summer you can jump in, you know. But it's just waterfalls are great. I actually said to her as a joke, I was like, you know, you could swim in this water.
It's totally fine. And she actually dipped her toe in and and she said she was like, no way in how it's freezing. Guy. Okay, so that's what. Well. I couldn't tell if she was like challenging me or something, but dudes are so weird. She was not. Probably she was simply commenting on the temperature of the water. It probably had nothing to do with you. Yeah, I don't know, but I ended up that thankfully going in the water.
But what we did do, um, there's a restaurant nearby and we got some drinks and now we're talking up. But this is because she mentioned that she likes red wine. That's the key to her heart. Oh yeah, right, exactly. You know, I'm quick on my feet. I listen. I paid attention. Okay, yeah, you were considering her likes throughout the day. That's great. What do I feel like? I went back to the waterfalls, right, tell us about what waterfalls are like in all the different seasons. Again, that
was me. Yeah, I'm sorry, sorry, it's so much interesting conversation happening. Okay, So I was. I was drinks at the at the restaurant. It was good. It was you know, it had a really like normal good time, talked about jobs and hobbies and whatnot, and just, I don't know, really normal conversation. Um. I did though, So like in my profile, I didn't mention that I was divorced. Yeah, no, it's it's for the best. Yeah. Did you tell her
when you guys were drinking. Yeah, and you know, after we had one or two, I was like, all right, I'm just gonna drop it on her. I told her. I was like, I don't have any kids, and it makes it so simple though, if you're divorced without kids, Yeah, I mean you just overcommitted. Yeah. Did she seem upset by it? She didn't seem upset by asked you just like, oh, thanks for telling me. And overall seemed like a great date and seemed like the feelings are mutual. But she
doesn't respond to any of my texta calls. How long has it been It's been over a week. Maybe she's still waiting to put her actual clothes on. Oh, because she to go out of the house, because that was what her bio said. Yeah, oh, she like needs an invite. She won't leave her house. We have all these questions that we need to ask her, and we're going to do that right after we play a song. Come back and try and get your second date update. Okay, all right,

But I think we've already won house because we learned. Waterfalls are good no matter what time of the year. You see him. Well, I enjoyed nature walks with Jose Interre. Waterfalls are great summer waterfalls. Yes, I feel like you should work at one of those
like nature interpretation centers. Yes, I wish Yeah, welling spring waterfalls. Yeah, those are good fall falls. And you don't even like hiking, but I like a nice waterfalls. And even though TLC said don't go chasing waterfalls, Andrew said, you know what, screw TLC. We're gonna We're gonna go check out this falling water near my house. Okay, that was more of a symbolic song actually about I think it was a
literal warning don't go to the waterfalls. Afterwards, the two of them got drinks together and they opened up more about their hobbies and about Andrew's divorce, and he felt like, overall was a really good conversation. The problem is it's been at least a week now and and nothing thank you. What they should have done as a sunset also good in all seasons, Andrew, I mean you were kind of worried about the divorce, saying, is that why you think
she's not calling you back? Yeah, I guess so. It's like a deal breaker for some people, so I feel like that must be it. Yeah, see that. Yeah, Well, let's just call her and get to the bottom of this. Right now. I'm not even gonna bring up waterfalls to her. I'm just gonna ask her what the problem is the divorce you shouldn't bring up. calls you back. Everyone's been not called back before. Okay, sure, it's very common, all right, I know. I'm more so just surprised that he called you. Guys, I've never he did it because he really had a good time with you, and that's what's so confusing to him. He doesn't know what went wrong, or maybe nothing went wrong and you're just super busy. We don't we're making assumptions, of course. Okay, well, you're right, he's a nice guy. I had a nice time.
But great, we'd love to send you out on another date that I'm good? No, thank you? Why just I'm not interested? Are you like not attracted to him or something? Why you always jumped to the like? The meanest thing is that the problem how to open this whole thing with going over her dating profile looking at her picture? Who? Wait, you went over? You went it's too you're revealing too much to these people. Wait, I'm sorry you guys went over my date? Are you sure you just looked at it?
She told you about my teeth? Well, look what you've done it public. No, I would really actually love to know what he told you please. You just read some of the stuff that was on there, and like like the thing about the quickest way your hearts through red wine and the thing about you don't like people that can't hold a conversation. We thought it was all really funny. Well, if I had any like dallage in my mind about dating this guy, like solidified it, honestly, Like I didn't think,
I'm sorry, I didn't think. Listen, did you like him at all? He was a lot, like it was. It was a lot, but like he was very sweet, um, and he was really attentive, you know, he kept like he definitely mentioned everything that he just told you about, you know, the red wine, and he took me to like this really pretty waterfall. Say that all sounds really good. So we want to know, like, what was the deal breaker for you? Why? Why are you avoiding him? His
divorces plural divorces? Oh no, he has five divorces? How many five divorces? Five divorce? How old is he? He didn't sound very old. Is he older than he sounds? Um? No, he's only a few years older than me. But I don't even care if somebody divorced once, you know, I understand why I get it, But he didn't disclose that in his profile, and five times to me is incredibly significant. To be fair, if I had been divorced five times,
I probably wouldn't highlight that invidating profile. Even it's not, but it's also like that's a kind of a beat and switch, like he's not being honest and upfront, like that's a huge, huge deal. We didn't know about all the divorces either. We we all thought it was just one. But I think maybe we should ask him about it because he's on the other line listening right now. He wants to talk to you. That's wild, Andrew, are you there? Yeah?
And I didn't know that was a deal breaker. Why did you make it sound singular when you told us you had a divorce? I told you I was divorced. You didn't ask how many times? Brooke, he'd better about asking questions, But like the five times, that's a red flag to you, then questions, that's a serious question. What's the guy supposed to do? I mean, you've heard you've heard the saying fifth times the charm. I've never heard that. How it goes? Oh? Is it six? Six times? The charms? Yeah?
You could be that special time Andrew why getting married? Well, like all right, let me let me explain. Let me explain myself here. Okay, like three of the marriages happened in Vegas. So were they annulled or were they actually divorced? Count? No? They yeah, exactly, they don't count. They were in Vegas. So like, what are your friends? Yeah, I mean you have to kill time in Vegas? Somehow you guys will get married. How they go get a marriage certificate before
you get Elvis to mirror you. It is a multi step process to make it. House sounds just like one. Just like Sandra will just not go to Vegas together, you know, because that's what you can't resist. People are gambling. You can't resist it. Married, get married. I mean it's his ritual every time he goes there. Sandra, Does that make you feel better? No, it just shows poor judgment, Like he doesn't obviously take it seriously. Like for me,
marriage is a humongous commitment. No, there's no wow, that's you can't. You guys are not like this is insane, Like, okay, you have issues. You have to like we hold hold on. How about we send you guys to Vegas and you could talk this out. You got the joke, the joke, I appreciate that. Yeah, thanks for loving But Andrew, what happened with the other two divorces? Yes, that's what I want to know. The other like one of them, I married the same girl twice, so that brings down the number.
It doesn't bring down the number. It does. That's only four women. Name's not same z's you don't you hook up with the same person, It doesn't count as another person. Guys, why are you neversing these people? Like? The forces are expensive money? Are you spending on your legal fees? Believes in love and makes a lot of money. You don't like him on all of you. I feel like tensions are getting a little bit high. And if you guys remember at the start of this we're trying to get
a win today. I mean, it does say something, Sandra that he somehow still gets people to say yes to him. Yeah, we just need one more yes from you, Sandra, Yes to another date immediately? No that date. I do not need you to pay for a date, Andrew O Andrew, Yeah, I think the marriages maybe something you should tell people upfront. Maybe never tell anybody opposite you keep the marriages a secret until you're married. Yes, perhaps I should take that advice. Yeah,
you can go. You can go think about that at a beautiful waterfall. You can't be sad looking at a waterfall, absolutely, no matter what the season is. Broke and Jeffrey in the morning. You know what I was thinking about during that whole call, that we feel bad calling her? No, I just kept thinking those Vegas chapels should have loyalty punch cards. Oh, yeah, one free. Yeah, you get married six times here, the seventh one is on the house. Yeah.
I think they'd make any money at that point in Vegas. Well, Sadly, Sando is never going to get to experience that type of deal because she thinks a guy with five divorces as a quote red flag. He thinks two of them shouldn't count, right because one was the same person or something that. I didn't know how the divorce map worked on that, But I mean I was kind of I was feeling bad for him, Yeah, are you? Yeah? I wasn't. Oh, you think people who get divorce should die alone and
never try again. No, No, it just seems like he's not even taking marriage seriously at all. Jeffrey like he's been married five times. He just does it on a whim in Vegas. He loves too much.
