Ally Towns is changing the world! Ally is training to become a Child and Youth Care Counsellor at Mt Royal University in Calgary. Her passion for helping others is based on her own experience with self-harm and her belief that we all have issues we're struggling with. She is a vocal advocate for mental health, normalizing mental health struggles, and seeking therapies that can help.
