Episode 5: Be Grateful

"Life for me ain't been no crystal stair"  (Mother to Son poem) written by the late/great Langston Hughes pretty much explains how many of us in todays society feels. Whether it's death, sickness or the every day stress of being a Black man in this world, the pressure to produce and be strong can be VERY overwhelming.  But we manage and that is something to be grateful for, because Life and health isn't promised to any of us.
