Here to help us understand this topic is Jordan Thomas, who was one of the principal architects of that program when he served as an Assistant Director at the SEC. Mr Thomas is now a partner at Labaton Sucharow, where he established the nation's first whisteblower practice focused exclusively on federal securities law violations.
