Why and How do we Pray?

Pastor Tyrone Thomas shares the message from our series based on the first four topics of the Alpha Course with "Why and How do we Pray?"

There can be a reason for lack of communication. Do you avoid replying? Sometimes relationships maybe broken. How can you communicate with God? Is something holding you back? You can approach God with confidence. Are you feeling crushed in spirit? What if all your prayers were answered? Would your life or others be better? There is so much power in prayer, even when we don't know what to pray.
