Holy wow!! This is such an exceptional conversation with Lydia Liza. She is not only a great musician and songwriter, she has a truly inspirational story. At one point, the realness of her story has both Sean and me in tears. But it's not all heavy. We also laugh and share some great music from her new album Oh Boy (out on Jan 31). She's so present, so smart and a really great person to spend some time with. This was another really good one.
