Mike opens up about going to therapy and getting sober, how this was the first album that he's done that way, and how it was different from other albums for him.
Mike also talks about being in a band with his spouse and how that has allowed them to grow closer to one another, how they're able to communicate with one another in a professional and personal manner, enjoying the creative highs of being in a band together and so much more.
