Stephen Richards, vocalist of Taproot, is the guest on this episode of the podcast. Stephen joins Jon to discuss the groups new b sides and demos collection cleverly titled “Besides”. Stephen tells an interesting how Layne Staley of Alice In Chains almost ended up on one of the bands songs and how the demo cd was found by Layne’s mother. We also delve a bit into why some of these songs were left on the cutting room floor, and how some of the demos became songs that found their way onto albums and much more.
