Dr. Theresa McCulla, curator of the American Brewing Initiative at the Smithsonian talks to us about why the nation’s most important museum has an entire department dedicated to craft beer; and she shares some of the most interesting  suds-soaked stories and objects that she has collected for posterity on behalf of the American people.
