Chef Laurissa Tajeda

Today we welcome Chef Laurissa Tajeda to the Brevity Box. Laurissa has been one of my best and closest friends for years and years. Over that time I have seen Laurissa go through many phases of reinvention as well as overcoming many obstacles to craft and discover the woman that she has become. Self-made is a term that I keep coming back to with my guests here and it fits Laurissa perfectly. She is a strong women that has never quit on herself or her dreams and I'm simply a fan of people who keep picking themselves up and moving forward. From record store elitist to Chef and culinary management, we get to know Laurissa all over again.
