Likutey Halakhot, Orach Chaim, Nefilat Apayim #4 013-1 Based on Likutey Moharan lesson 24 When the Jewish people receive holy light from Hashem to wake up, their attitude is to to run to Him with emunah, as opposed to the nations who rather sit back and enjoy the ride etc. But then after running after Hashem He then purposely hides from a person so that he should serve Him step by step etc.
