With a robust background in the healing arts—including massage therapy, tuning forks, aromatherapy, ThetaHealing, Chakra Yoga, and hoop dance—I bring over three decades of experience in teaching and sharing the art of embodiment and confidence to hundreds of thousands of individuals globally. My journey has been one of deep connection and transformation, enabling me to touch lives through numerous retreats, festivals, special events, ceremonies, and sacred circles worldwide.
