This week, he's making the Hong Kong classic—bo lo bao, which are sometimes referred to as pineapple buns.Though it's name is a bit of a misnomer (there's no pineapple in it), with its crispy, fragrant crust, and a supple milky bread bun, there's no denying its appeal!
