In this episode we share our ‘Food story’. The struggle is real, and we know we’re not alone! As we head into the holidays, we felt it was a good time to bring up this important topic. We discuss what food was like growing up in each of our families as well as what it looks like today. We also share the challenges we face feeding ourselves properly in a world where quality prep and ingredients have become harder to find in our fast-paced lives/society.
