Moving through Grief

This meditation was a special request from a listener who wanted to get guidance moving through the difficult year and separation from family, friends, and all the things there were used to freely doing prior to the pandemic. Like all my meditations, this is channeled. I do not read from a script or have multiple takes. All of my meditations are guided in the moment while I connect to my guides and higher self.
