Detours with Sarah Sturm

"You have to have grit and mental toughness because it is so brutal out there." Sarah Sturm has been paving her own way since childhood. She entered the sport of cycling while in college in Durango, Colorado. Cycling was her anchor in college, providing her a community that was missing since her move from home in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In this episode, we chat with Sarah about community, mental health and no longer being a dark horse on the start line.
