Here are some key questions that get right to the fundamental issues from the book:

• Why should employers care about happiness?
• What do you mean by happiness at work?
• How are happiness and engagement related? Are they pretty much the same thing?
• My team is full of lots of different personalities. How can we do activities that cover everyone?
• You talk about hardwiring behaviors a lot in the book. What do you mean by that?
• You talk about stress and negativity as tools in a book about happiness. What’s that about?
• We’re all really busy with work, how can fit in these happiness exercises?
• Let’s get concrete. What’s one thing we can do to increase our happiness for ourselves and for our team?
